(B) If you bring a patent claim against any contributor over patents that you claim are infringed by the software, your patent license from such contributor to the software ends automatically.

Known Limitations

This version has target framework of .NET 3.5 - means that you can work only with .NET 3.5 assemblies. if you want to work with .NET 4 assemblies, open the solution, change the target framework to .NET 4, rebuild, and then you can work with .NET 4 assemblies as well.
In this version, relationships between tables in LINQ to SQL will not get a object representation. the FK column will be included as a property, but no object association will be created (In ADO.NET Entity Framework it will).
